Fillings

A cavity is an active infection due to bacteria.

A filling is used to prevent a cavity from spreading. During the procedure, we’ll drill out the infection in your child’s tooth, clean around it, and then fill it with our dental resin. This ensures the prevention of further infection. It’s a quick process and an easy one for our highly trained staff. Usually, anesthetics are not needed. And, while it may seem like an uncomfortable procedure, we’ll have your child relaxed before, during, and after the entire process with our kid-friendly staff.

A cavity is an active infection that will damage your child’s mouth and potentially their overall health. It’s easy to think that the tooth will fall out eventually, but like any other kind of infection, it may spread and needs to be taken care of immediately even with baby teeth.
