First Visit Information

It’s suggested that your child should have his or her teeth looked at around their first birthday. Therefore, if your child is about to turn or is already one year old and has not yet seen a pediatric dentist, make sure to schedule an appointment with us!

If you have just moved to the area, now is a great time come see us, so that we can begin to provide dental services for your child.

Please speak with our front desk when you make your appointment to review our new office policies and mandatory paperwork.

Our office is now requiring all paperwork to be submitted electronically through our new Patient Portal. Please follow the steps accordingly or call the office at 610-409-2599 if you have any questions:

The day before your child’s appointment our staff will be sending you an email (the email may be in your junk or spam folder). This will contain a link that will lead you to a website with the box below. It will require the insurance holder’s date of birth as well as your families zip code. The password requires one uppercase, one lowercase, a number, and a unique symbol.

STEP ONE

Once you have completed the information and created a password. The system will prompt you to sign in. Use the email that we originally sent the link to and the password you just created.

STEP TWO

After you have signed into our patient portal, you will see in the bottom right-hand corner “Your Forms.” You will click the tab and complete any forms that have been attached for each child that has a scheduled appointment. This portal will also show you any future appointments and allow you to make payments as well.
